Step 1: Initiate your School Application Online

To begin we need some basic information about you below that will be used for properly identifying your application.
Once this initial registration form is complete, and submited you will  receive an Email in the adress provided with a Link to allow you to complete your main application form whenever you want from where you left it.  

For safety: If you are sharing this computer in a public place, please close the browser after you have saved your work. Failure to do so might allow others to view and tamper with your application form.

This initial application form will lead you to the main application formall sections of the application must be completed and sign where it is required  before we can begin to process your application. Allow at least a week for application processing once your main application form is completed and submitted If a question does not apply to you please write N/A.

Step 2: Check your email for the link to Complete your School application form

The link was sent to the email provided in your initial application. the same link can be used to return to your application each time if you save it. make sure the email containing the link was not forwarded to your Junk mails.

Give a confidential form to be completed for you to the following persons (- Spiritual Advisor/Pastor/, - Employer / Teacher - Mature Friends)

Step 3: Make sure

-That the people you entered as referees have submitted a confidential reference form for you; they normally received an email link to completed the online confidential form for you (after you submit your main application form), or that you handed them a hard copy with an envelope address to YWAM Saint Lucia P.O.Box4029 Bocage, Castries, Saint Lucia (Eastern Caribbean) You can download and print a copy on this page

- that you submitted copy of the medical form signed by physician

- that  you signed and submitted the release of liability form

- that your application fees are paid ( you can wire it or mail us a US$ bank draft or a US$ postal money order

- Look at your application check list  from the Email received initially to make sure all requested documents were submitted as requested.

IMPORTANT: if you previously did  a program with us some of these documents may already be in file. and you will not need to submit them again just let us know.
