Properties in Saint Lucia, an increasingly popular tourist destination, are becoming more expensive. To purchase a substantial piece of land (ideally between 1 to 4 acres) with road access and the essential housing features, we need to raise between US$350K and US$600K. Any contributions towards this goal would be immensely appreciated. Your support could enable us to make a significant deposit, thereby lowering a potential mortgage to our current rental costs, or ideally, facilitate an outright purchase. We are open to acquiring a smaller parcel of land as long as it allows us to convert our rent into a long-term investment rather than simply paying without purpose. After 14 years of diligently renting spaces to host volunteers, train students, and serve communities, we have come to understand how much a dedicated property could enhance and broaden the work God is already performing among us.

You have the option to contribute to the monthly expenses of the ministry, which include rent, utilities, and more, or to support our dedicated full-time ministers. This support helps alleviate the pressures of fundraising, enabling them to concentrate more deeply on their ministry efforts. Currently, we need around US$2000 each month to meet our rent and essential expenses—not to mention that this amount could also cover a small mortgage over a span of 15 years.
